The Legal Services Agency of Northern Ireland ('the Agency') plan to monitor the standard of service provided by all registered publicly funded legal service suppliers through an Audit & Compliance Framework. It is anticipated that these audits will be on a risk-based approach  and be cross-cutting,  to take account of emerging trends.
